As a key semiconductor R&D and manufacturing entity in Malaysia, the client's new 8-inch production line focuses on mass production of specialized technologies such as BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) processes, MEMS sensors, RF devices, power electronics (SiC, GaN), and wafer-level packaging (WLP).
